Ever met a cat with the charisma of a Tiger and so much love inside, that it’s eyes turn into hearts? It must have been our mascot TigerLala, who symbolises what MEWE create is all about: Look good and look out for others at the same time.
How? Well, in many ways.

Every single time you buy one of our original designs, we donate 2 DKK to those whose future depends on a world where more people think WE. We also keep prices at a democratic level, so that more people can afford our designs and we can make a bigger difference together.

Our designs range widely within lifestyle and fashion, but are all produced in collaboration with selected suppliers, who deliver sustainable products and share our purpose. From choice of materials and fabrics to production and working conditions. This means qualities that will make you happy day after day, stay nice season
after season and last for many years. That’s looking out for nature too.

Gitte Amalie Hempel is the creative head and heart behind MEWE. She has 20 years of experience within design and finds her inspiration in street life, movies, new art,
a single tiger and lots of lovely people. That’s why we always invite MEWE’s followers to join the design process on Instagram and Facebook.
