Returns

Our aim is to send all orders within 1-2 business days after placing the order.

You may change your mind within 14 days of receiving your items. You have to notify us before the 14 days, if you want to return your order or items from you order. Send a notification to hello@mewecreate.com before returning.

This is how you return:

1. The package must be send directly to our warehouse address: MEWEcreate ApS, Dybbølsgade 45 st, DK-1721 Copenhagen V, Denmark.

2. Enclose a note stating the return reason. If it is a longer story, then please give us a call or send us an email at hello@mewecreate.com before returning.

3. Remember to note:

– Full name

– Adress

– Phone number

– Order number

– Possibly payment card details

We deal with all return in 1-3 days

All items must be returned new, unused and with all MEWEcreate garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

When shipping your package you should take care that the items are safely packed. You are to be held responsible for the items until we receive them. We kindly ask you to keep your postal receipt and tracking/trace number.

When returning items shipping fees and other possible fees are not covered by MEWEcreate ApS.

You will receive your refund amount on your account, within 14 days after we receive the notification. We will return the amount to the same payment method. However the refund will not be paid before we have received the items at our warehouse.

IMPORTANT

We expect that you send the items to us as soon as possible, once you have made us aware of your return. Also, you must send them latest 14 days after having declared your regret of the purchase.

We do not accept packages sent by COD delivery, or packages sent to post offices for pick-up.

You can also easily come by our office and return your items. Just give us a call to make an arrangement.

If the items are not received in the same condition as you received it, a deduction can be made in your refund similar to the decrease of the value of the items.
